November 20, 2019. “Congrats, you're now a patron of Dave Gerhardt.” Then, 5 years later… 2024 - I’m Temu Devin Reed, sitting in the front row at a first-time marketing conference. Made friends for life. Summer camp for B2B. 2025 - Met a writing/business/creator idol. Reinforced friendships. Made new friends. 2026 -  I shoot my shot. I have a 1/100 chance to speak at Drive. SO intimidated because DGMG was with me through my breakout years and transitions of my career. But this year... I’m speaking at Drive. The same event I sat (overly) enthusiastically in the front row. The same stage that I procrastinated applying for (thanks imposter syndrome!) I don’t care how cheesy it sounds - this is an incredible opportunity and honor. It’s about the journey from being an marketing manager sharing a desk with his boss (yes, ONE desk)… …to a marketer who's helped 100+ SaaS brands tell better stories and drive real pipeline with content.
